My New Radiation Therapists

Who can smile at 6:30 in the morning? These ladies can. Starting Monday of my second week they will be my radiation therapists in the Green Gantry. This gantry offers Pencil Beam proton therapy as opposed to Scatter Beam that I received last week in the Yellow gantry. Tyler received her training in Wisconsin, and she’s been with the Florida Proton Institute for over 5 years and has treated hundreds of patients including children. After all my questions and explaining her job to me her final statement was, “I love my job”. I love working with people who love their job!
